Refund, Warranty & Digital Product Policy

Thank you for choosing our digital products and services. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. General Policy

All products sold by us are digital products. Due to their nature, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

A. PS Games

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if the order is canceled during the account processing stage (before the account is created and delivered).

• Once the PlayStation account has been delivered and successfully logged into on the customer's device, the sale is considered complete.

• No refund, return, or exchange will be provided after the first successful login.

B. Top-Up Services

Refund Policy

• All top-up purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct UID/Player ID.

• Top-ups sent to an incorrect UID cannot be reversed, recovered, transferred, or refunded.

C. Gift Cards

Refund Policy

• All gift card sales are final.

• Once the gift card code or redemption details have been delivered, no refund, replacement, return, or exchange will be provided.

D. Private Accounts

Warranty

• All Private Accounts include a Lifetime Warranty against issues caused by our service.

Refund Policy

• All Private Account sales are final.

• Once the account has been delivered, no refund, return, or exchange will be provided.

Note: The Lifetime Warranty does not cover issues resulting from customer misuse, unauthorized modifications, account sharing, or failure to follow our usage instructions.

E. Shared Accounts

Access

• Shared Accounts include Lifetime Access, provided all account usage instructions are followed.

Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your Shared Account, you may request a refund within 12 hours of delivery.

• Refund requests made after the 12-hour period will not be accepted.

Note: Lifetime Access and refund eligibility may be void if the account is misused, modified, shared beyond the permitted terms, or used in violation of our instructions.

Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers must:

• Verify all account details, UID, Player ID, and product selection.

• Ensure they understand the product they are purchasing.

• All Refund will be Processed in 12 -24 Hours

• Follow all instructions provided after delivery.
